The entire “climate change” argument is predicated on a LIE:
“Carbon – a pollutant emitted by human industrial activity – is driving catastrophic climate change.”
Carbon is a basic building block of all life; the defining element of all organic matter. It’s not a pollutant!
Fossil records show that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide levels correspond to increases in the range, speciation and overall volume of both plants and the animals that eat them.
These facts are evident in the fossil record …The refutation of the LIE on which is based the whole Climate-Crisis-Campaign-to-Control-Everything is literally WRITTEN IN STONE.
Yet many on the Right have been so fearful of being called a “climate denier” they’ve failed to refute the LIE at the core of the Left’s use of fear to justify central control of society. Instead, they occupy the WEAKEST position possible in any debate: “Yeah, but…”
“I’ll accept your supposition that human activity will render the planet uninhabitable within 12 years but your solutions are too expensive.”
Don’t we recognize the intellectual and moral incoherence of such a position? Don’t we understand that we’ve lost hope of prevailing in an argument we approach via DISHONEST concession? Do we assume ourselves to sound “reasonable” if we acquiesce to the lie that underlies the power-grab strategy presented as “Climate Crisis”?
We CANNOT prevail in any argument we’re unwilling to enter with HONESTY. We lose credence among even those inclined to be skeptical of the “climate crisis” narrative when we ourselves are unwilling to openly reject the premise on which the “climate crisis” narrative is based. A weak-kneed “yeah, but…” argument cedes the moral high-ground to the power-seekers who promise to “save the Earth.”
Our AUTHENTIC position is supported by science, physical evidence and common sense!
Demand that your “representatives” offer a strong, clear, truthful and unapologetic rejection of the Left’s attempt to subjugate society with fear. Offer them talking points:
- We REJECT the notion of “climate crisis” caused by human carbon emissions because scientific evidence debunks the theory.
- The most prominent proponents of the theory are those who stand to gain terrific power, influence and wealth if the theory is widely accepted.
- Proponents of global warming theory have been CAUGHT falsifying records of ocean temperature to comport to their models.
- We note that the predictions made from their models have been consistently inaccurate.
- Most important, we rightly SUSPECT any theory promoted via breathless warnings of catastrophe by people who claim the only solution is to entrust our economy, lifestyle and even our dietary habits to their force-of-law control.
Yes, the Left’s climate proposals are ruinously costly, not only in dollars but in economic liberty. But that’s not why we reject them and the theory on which they are based. We reject the Left’s “CLIMATE-CRISIS” because it’s a self-serving LIE promulgated for the now obvious purpose of taking control of society.
It’s about time WE and our REPRESENTATIVES learn to SAY SO!!
