A quick way to spot a fake news article by the headline

As I’m reading the news in the morning I sometime skip articles because the headline clues me in that it has little or no factual content.

Let’s face it, these days even though I’m Retired there isn’t time to waste nor do I wish to go down some liberal rabbit hole and thus ferment a bad mood.

This is a simple example:

Notice how the first and second headline both say “Trump dissolves voter fraud commission” but list different causes.

Top one (CNN) says that an “adviser” (correct spelling ADVISOR) say it “went off the rails” as in it was a crazy idea. Nope, the “adviser” wasn’t named.

Second headline says “States balked at data requests”

Now, I’d heard from numerous sources that most states refused to give some or all of the data and there was even a few lawsuits contemplated.

there it is, just one little tip from me.

if it refers to an event that happens and goes on to belittle or blame
